We'll arrange a second or third viewing at times convenient to you. If desired we can arrange for a construction estimate before making an offer.
We can expertly negotiate the sales contract and professionally close the deal. With an Exclusive Buyers Agency agreement in place we are happy to negotiate on your behalf for both MLS and for sale by owner properties.
Every property is unique, and as such the type of investigations required vary greatly. We are happy to assist in pulling permits from city hall, investigating latent defects, interpreting zoning bylaws, getting construction estimates, advising on strata and title issues and providing risk analysis. We utilize a network of professional associates including lawyers, contractors, building inspectors, and mortgage brokers to name a few.
