Changing Search Parameters

1.) Login to your Private Client Services website

2.) Click the Search Criteria Tab

3.) The Search Criteria page is now displayed

There are currently 8 fields you can change: District, Map Area, Property Type, Listing Status, Current Price, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, and Title

To select multiple options, hold down the CTRL key while selecting. In the example to the right, the CTRL key was held down and then Victoria, Victoria West and Oak Bay were clicked.

A maximum of 200 results are allowed

To check how many listings will be displayed, click on the "Count Listings" button at the bottom of the page. Adjust your search as necessary.

Once you are satisfied, click on the Save button. Your property website should now be displayed.
